Local Beagle Breeder in Utah!
I have had the pleasure of purchasing a small female Beagle in Utah for my own Beagle kennel here in Idaho.
I had such a great experience with Alysha and her Beagle breeding program that I wanted to reward her with a review/post.
The name of Alysha kennel is Lazy G Kennel and it is located in Summit County, Utah. I added a hyper link to her site above. Also here is the url: https://lazygkennels.net for those of you who like to copy and paste.
Lazy G Kennel sales AKC registered Beagle puppies in Utah and they come with AKC registration papers.
From the moment I placed a deposit down on one of their Beagles, they treated me with kindness and respect. Alysha is very good at keeping the buyer in the loop and providing updated pictures of the puppy.
If I had a question or concern, they were quick to address and resolve my concern.
Lazy G Kennel Takes Great Care of the Beagle Puppies they Sale.
Now you may be asking yourself, “how does he possibly know that”? So I will tell you. You can tell a lot about how a kennel treats their puppies by how the puppy acts.
When I returned home the first thing I did was let Luna, the Beagle puppy I purchased from Lazy G Kennel, run with my other Beagles.
She bonded almost instantly with them, and right there told me that she had been well socialized with other dogs.
What do I mean when I say “well socialized with other dogs”? What I mean is that when a puppy is between 5 to 6 weeks old, you should start letting them out to interact with other dogs.
The key here is to watch the other dogs, in case you have to intervene, but the trick is to refrain from intervening, unless you absolutely have to. This is harder said then done, especially if you have a tender heart.
The adult Beagles will appear to treat the puppies quite rough at first, they will knock them down and rough them up a bit. By nature, the puppies will wine and look for an escape.
Unless the puppy is in danger, try not to intervene and be that escape. If you always come to their rescue, the puppies will not learn how to properly socialize with other dogs, and this can lead to further problems down the road.
In a few days, things will calm down and the puppies will learn how to play and interact properly with the older dogs.
A good breeder understands that you must allow this socialization stage to happen with very little intervention. Dogs have great instincts, so just trust their instinct.
The Beagle Puppies are Well Loved!
The last thing that I want to mentioned is that Luna was well loved by Lazy G Kennel.
A test that I like to preform, is that I like to let my hand come down a little fast on top of their head. I have no intention on hurting or beating them. I just want to see if they shy away or think they are going to get hit.
There are proper ways to correct a puppy and beating a puppy on the head is never proper.
I am pleased to report that Luna did not shy away or act like she was about to get hit. Her tail kept on wagging as she eagerly waited for me to pet her.
She has and is to this day, a Beagle that has unwavering trust in people, loves attention and being cuddled. I credit her great love she has to Lazy G Kennel. They really do treat their puppies well.
They claim to be a family run kennel. From what I have seen in Luna, they are what they claim they are. The family does spends a great deal of their time taking care of and loving their Beagle puppies.
Once again if you are looking for some Beagle puppies for sale in Utah, then make sure you check out Lazy G Kennel.
